- A design that’s far from obvious.
- Far from standard.

Interiors where the barrier between technology and nature does no longer exist. An interior full of space and natural light, with green views all around. An interior which is individually designed.
We know that the border between work and free time is becoming increasingly blurred. We understand. That’s why we’re creating a place that combines opportunities to work and relax.
Optimal working conditions, an attractive place to spend lunch breaks, and the option to relax on the patio and spend time surrounded by greenery, significantly affect employees’ state of mind and spirit.
The interior lobbies will combine raw materials, such as architectural concrete, natural stone and sintered quartz, with a green patio inspired by Japanese gardens. The patio will be a continuation of the reception, creating an impression of spatial interpenetration.

The investment is located on a two-lane arterial roadway, which provides convenient links to the city’s outbound routes, the John Paul II airport in Balice, and the ICE Congress Centre, as well as good access to public transport, cycling routes and recreational areas.
